The 848^EVO engine is fed by MotoGP-derived elliptical large section throttle bodies which are now increased from an equivalent diameter of 56mm to 60 mm. Representing a 30% increase in air flow over conventional throttle bodies, the elliptical shape contributes to a considerable power increase.
